United Industries a part of 75 year old United Group Set up in 2015 United Industries is a new venture of the group specializing in heavy forging. Through this unit we have invested instate of art technology and have capacity to provide all types of closed die forging. We at United Industries strive extremely hard to work towards the attainment of complete customer satisfaction by providing a wide spectrum of products that secures maximum customer benefits. We have a sophisticated infrastructural facility that allows us to boast a high production capacity with utmost ease. Our facility comprises various departments such as manufacturing unit, warehousing facility, sales and marketing department etc. All the departments are connected to one another to enable trouble free functioning of all the business operations. We have a capacious warehouse that has optimum space to enable a safe and streamlined storage of all the finished products. Customer satisfaction is the driving force behind our success and that is why we leave no stone unturned while comprehending customer’s demands and requirements We can forge Diameter from 30 mm to 400 mm, Thickness from 15 mm to 500 mm and Shafts Items up to 1000 mm length. Weight of forging may vary from 100 gm to 25 kg . We use superior quality steel in our forging process like 20MnCr5, 16MnCr5, SAE8620, Low Carbon, EN8D, EN9, EN18, EN19, EN24,EN353 or any other material as required by the customer. We have in-house CNC turning facilities enabling us to provide finished products also.

	Our production is guided by our Production Manager, who has 25 years of experience in the forging industry. He is also responsible for production planning and is reported to by the production supervisor regularly. The entire production schedule is planned in a manner so as to reduce extra time and provide timely deliveries.
	For the Pre Forging Process we have a Pre Forge Manager, who has been associated with the industry since last seven years. He is responsible for pre forging process e.g. development of the samples, designing and development of dies.
	There is a common proverb “Quality is more important than the quantity”, to emphasize this we have a QA/QC (Quality Control/Quality Assurance) Manager. Our QA/QC Manager has an experience of five years in forging industry. The entire process conforms to the guidelines of QA/QC & Production Manager and ensures the best quality. The QA/QC Manager is also supported by technical persons at each step.
	All the Financial aspects are handled by our Finance Manager and his team.
	We have a Marketing team, guided by our management team.

	Sample approvals are taken on record before every job is put on the production line.
	Die issuing system is there wherein only one each is issued at a time and a record of the same is maintained.
	Directions from the clients regarding size margins and hardness tolerance are adhered to.
	Proper training is given to the workers regularly, to keep connected with the latest technology.
	The drawings are stored securely.
	Job cards are maintained for each product having all product specifications.
	Production supervisor maintains a proper flow of production.
